Growth Data Scientist/Analyst (copy)
We are looking for a motivated Growth Data Scientist/Analyst to join our proactive Growth team. The chosen candidate will play a key role in utilizing data to steer strategic decisions, enhance growth initiatives, and optimize user acquisition strategies.
Responsibilities
Conduct Data Analysis and Visualization
Create, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards in Tableau for both scheduled and ad-hoc reporting needs across various growth functions, enabling real-time tracking and insights.
Develop and refine SQL queries to analyze extensive datasets, supporting activities like optimizing user acquisition, evaluating campaign performance, and managing customer lifecycle to drive business growth.
Manage Data Operations and Engineering
Collaborate with diverse teams, including growth, product, data engineering, and external vendors, to enhance data infrastructure and ensure accurate, scalable, and efficient data pipelines in alignment with business objectives.
Rationalize and automate recurring data workflows and processes, oversee SQL automation and job scheduling, and uphold comprehensive documentation to boost team efficiency and data reliability.
Perform Advanced Data Analysis and Modeling
Construct advanced analytical models to guide marketing strategies, encompassing predictive analytics and marketing mix modeling, offering actionable insights for campaign planning and improvement.
Utilize statistical techniques and business intelligence tools to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that underpin strategic growth decisions.
Engage in Project Management and Problem Solving
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions and facilitate end-to-end project completion, making sure they align with business goals and timelines.
Demonstrate proactiveness in professional growth by exploring new tools and methodologies in data science and analytics to continuously enhance analytical proficiency and industry insight.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar field. Prior experience in the Crypto and Technology sector is beneficial.
- Proficient in SQL, Databricks, and Tableau for processing, analyzing, and visualizing extensive datasets.
- Exposure to statistical software (e.g., R, Python) and libraries for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to efficiently collect, organize, analyze, and present vast amounts of information with precision and detail.
- Skilled in querying, report writing, and communicating findings effectively.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles such as various user acquisition methods, campaign management, and customer lifecycle strategies.
- Familiarity with tools like AppsFlyer, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and SensorTower.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical and data specifications.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and adapting to evolving priorities.
