Responsibilities
- Develop growth strategy and targets for the trading product, Convert, setting KPIs and growth goals.
- Utilize data to drive performance by monitoring key metrics, identifying opportunities and risks, and implementing action plans.
- Plan and execute growth initiatives such as promotions, campaigns, and user lifecycle programs in coordination with Marketing and regional teams.

Requirements
