Growth Lead - Trading Product

We are seeking a Business Growth Lead to take charge of executing the growth strategy for our trading products. This role involves collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Data, and Regional teams to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Initially an individual contributor role, there is potential for growth into leading the entire product business line.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategy and targets for the trading product, Convert, setting KPIs and growth goals.
• Utilize data to drive performance by monitoring key metrics, identifying opportunities and risks, and implementing action plans.
• Plan and execute growth initiatives such as promotions, campaigns, and user lifecycle programs in coordination with Marketing and regional teams.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers to optimize existing flows and introduce new features.
• Manage day-to-day business operations ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach, prioritizing user satisfaction, retention, and long-term value.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in growth, business operations, or growth marketing within fintech, trading, or internet products.
• Solid understanding of financial products and trading, crypto knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and SQL; comfortable with metrics ownership and conducting experiments.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence priorities across cross-functional teams.
• Creative and hands-on approach to designing promotions, content initiatives, and growth strategies.
• Ownership mindset, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.
