Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee lifecycle marketing initiatives in the African Region, strategizing, executing campaigns for various business aspects, and implementing high ROI strategies.
• Manage user lifecycle metrics comprehensively, focusing on activation, retention, and re-engaging churned users.
• Develop marketing strategies to enhance client long-term value through customer segmentation, personalization, automated user journeys, and optimizing product-channel mix.
• Drive new user growth by designing product offerings.
• Improve user funnel conversion and journey mapping through product awareness, user education, and operational campaigns.
• Implement best marketing practices including segmentation, A/B testing, and email journeys based on data-driven insights.
• Measure, comprehend, and report key metrics within the organization.
• Envision future steps for Africa's lifecycle, identify challenges and opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and predict user needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in launching broad and targeted campaigns throughout the user lifecycle.
• Expertise in CRM/lifecycle management, email marketing automation, user segmentation, customer lifecycle management, and A/B testing.
• Strong analytical skills for user behavior analysis, developing user retention strategies in marketing funnels, data mining, measurement, and analysis.
• Creative thinker with a flair for creating innovative marketing strategies and engaging campaigns.
• Being a crypto enthusiast is advantageous.
