Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the company's marketing and growth strategies in alignment with overall business objectives.

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive, integrated marketing plan encompassing digital marketing, PR, content creation, SEO/SEM, social media, and offline activities.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies for optimal results.

• Lead user communication initiatives, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all touchpoints and tailored strategies for distinct user segments.

• Manage the complete user lifecycle, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies to drive user base growth.

• Ensure marketing strategies comply with regulatory requirements, positioning the company to leverage regulatory opportunities effectively.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Marketing/Growth within the Crypto industry.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Ability to inspire and motivate teams, partners, and investors.

• Strong interpersonal abilities.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for crypto and digital assets.

• Proficient in project management and organizational skills.

• Fluency in a European language.
