Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's marketing and growth strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
• Manage a comprehensive, integrated marketing plan encompassing digital marketing, PR, content creation, SEO/SEM, social media, and offline activation.
• Monitor key metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to achieve objectives.
• Lead user communication efforts to ensure consistent, clear, and impactful messaging across all channels, adapting strategies for distinct user segments.
• Manage the entire user lifecycle process, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies to bolster user base growth.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in marketing strategies, aligning marketing efforts to seize opportunities resulting from regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing and Growth within the Crypto field.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and engage team members, partners, and investors.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Passion for crypto and digital assets.
• Proficient in project management and organization.
• Fluency in an additional European language.
