Responsibilities

  • Create and execute the company's marketing and growth strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive marketing plan across various channels, encompassing digital marketing, PR, content creation, SEO/SEM, social media, and offline activities.

  • Identify and monitor key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making necessary adjustments to meet set goals.

  • Lead user communication efforts to ensure consistent, clear messaging across all touchpoints and tailor strategies for different user segments.

  • Manage the entire user lifecycle process, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies to drive user base growth.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance in marketing strategies and position them to leverage emerging opportunities.

Role Overview
