Description
Crypto.com is seeking a Growth Marketing Hacker to drive the GTM strategy, user lifecycle, and brand positioning for the launch of sports products and prediction markets in the US. The ideal candidate will engage with a competitive user base at the convergence of sports, markets, and crypto, crafting engaging narratives and growth strategies for daily engagement and scalable growth. This role blends strategic product marketing with campaign planning, working closely with product managers to align product development, user feedback, and go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Positioning
- Partner with product and strategy teams to lead the roadmap for sports products and prediction market verticals.
- Create tailored messaging for retail traders, sports fans, and crypto audiences to drive user acquisition and retention.
- Develop segmentation strategies, defining personas and crafting personalized user journeys.
- Collaborate with product managers on aligning messaging with strategic priorities.
- Launch Execution
- Lead GTM for new market/sport entries and product features.
- Plan multi-channel campaigns across web, app, and social platforms for maximum impact.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless product launches.
- Drive growth loops by aligning product features with marketing strategies.
- Customer Insights & Market Intelligence
- Analyze competitor offerings and trends in sports products.
- Conduct surveys, interviews, and tests to enhance messaging and user experiences.
- Propose marketing initiatives to enhance competitiveness and product development.
- Growth & Retention
- Develop acquisition and lifecycle campaigns utilizing gamification and rewards.
- Optimize user onboarding and daily active user behavior through data-driven experiments.
- Launch engagement programs tied to live sports events and prediction streaks.
- Performance & Reporting
- Define KPIs across funnel metrics, retention, and campaign impact.
- Report using analytics tools like GA4, Tableau, and Mixpanel.
Requirements
- 3-to-5 years of product marketing experience with a sports background.
- Experience launching and scaling B2C products sustainably.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Collaborative with a bias toward action and experience in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and user research.
- Experience in regulated industries or financial services preferred.
- Bonus: Familiarity with DeFi, Web3 wallets, or community-led growth.
