Growth Marketing Manager
Toku is seeking a highly innovative and analytical Growth Marketing Manager who can lead their growth initiatives and establish a strong growth culture within the company. This role will be pivotal in driving the company's scalability by devising and executing new strategies to identify market opportunities and maximize ROI. The successful candidate will work closely with the founders, product, and engineering teams to develop a unified approach for user growth and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new growth channels and create effective go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with the founders, product, and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive approach for user growth and retention.
- Utilize in-depth analytics to optimize growth strategies across different user segments.
- Set clear KPIs and monitor progress to drive the team towards achieving these metrics.
- Execute performance marketing strategies in line with the founders' vision.
- Develop comprehensive growth strategies to maximize user acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell.
- Implement targeted advertising campaigns, iterate quickly, and optimize ad buying.
- Increase market awareness and adoption of existing products.
- Manage and execute campaign workflows, including segmentation and target management.
- Create content and optimize website SEO to improve visibility.
- Drive external media efforts, including press releases, product landing pages, and social media.
- Be comfortable working independently and fulfilling multiple roles within the growth and marketing function.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in performance and growth marketing.
- Ability to create engaging stories through written, verbal, and visual communication.
- Proven track record of developing and managing performance marketing strategies with minimal supervision.
- Deep knowledge of major advertising platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Experience planning and executing large-scale marketing campaigns with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in market research, messaging, positioning, and branding.
- Preferred experience in the SaaS industry and familiarity with startup environments.
- Self-starter with a strong ability to execute ideas autonomously.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, adapt quickly, and iterate based on feedback.
- Excitement for testing, experimenting, and learning from failures.
- Bonus points for having a hustler mentality, founding a company, or building side projects.
- The ability to work within the North American time zone.
