You will lead the charge in launching innovative growth strategies, running digital campaigns, and utilizing Web3-based tools like incentives, gamification, airdrops, staking, and referral programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Growth Hacking for Web3 – Carry out growth experiments utilizing blockchain tech, gamification, and viral mechanics to attract and engage users.
  • Data-Driven Marketing – Manage performance metrics and employ on- and off-chain analytics to enhance strategies.
  • Digital Marketing Execution – Oversee and amplify campaigns across various platforms including SEO, paid ads, social, email, content, and Web3-native platforms.
  • Community-Led Growth – Partner with community teams to boost word-of-mouth marketing and drive brand advocacy.
  • Content That Converts – Collaborate with content creators to produce impactful posts and videos to enhance user acquisition and retention.
  • Launch & Activate Online Events – Plan and execute campaigns to engage users in product releases and interactive experiences.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve – Monitor market trends, competition, and customer behavior to refine approaches continuously.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Align growth efforts with company goals by working closely with product, community, and creative teams.

Requirements:

  • Deep background in growth marketing, adept at scaling quickly using data and creative tactics.
  • Proficiency in running experiments and constantly optimizing strategies.
  • Prestences in tracking key metrics including CAC, LTV, retention, and conversion rates.
  • Strong foundation in digital marketing encompassing SEO, paid ads, email marketing, social media, and analytics tools.
  • Understanding of Web3 and blockchain ecosystem having interacted with NFTs, tokens, or crypto.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments particularly in early-stage startups.
  • Possesses a growth mindset that is resourceful and keen on driving results.
