Responsibilities:

- Digital Marketing Execution – Oversee and amplify campaigns across various platforms including SEO, paid ads, social, email, content, and Web3-native platforms.
- Community-Led Growth – Partner with community teams to boost word-of-mouth marketing and drive brand advocacy.
- Content That Converts – Collaborate with content creators to produce impactful posts and videos to enhance user acquisition and retention.
- Launch & Activate Online Events – Plan and execute campaigns to engage users in product releases and interactive experiences.

Requirements:
- Deep background in growth marketing, adept at scaling quickly using data and creative tactics.
- Proficiency in running experiments and constantly optimizing strategies.
- Prestences in tracking key metrics including CAC, LTV, retention, and conversion rates.
- Strong foundation in digital marketing encompassing SEO, paid ads, email marketing, social media, and analytics tools.
- Understanding of Web3 and blockchain ecosystem having interacted with NFTs, tokens, or crypto.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments particularly in early-stage startups.
