Migrating contracts to Arbitrum is seamless as it is compatible with existing Ethereum developer languages and tools, requiring no modifications. Arbitrum currently stands as the top Ethereum scaling solution, with a significant market share and a large number of apps utilizing the platform. Offchain Labs also contributes to the Ethereum core protocol through the development of the Prysm consensus client, enhancing the Ethereum ecosystem with its innovative technology.

We are currently in search of a Growth Marketing Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate should bring extensive experience in the blockchain space, particularly in designing and executing strategic growth campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for narrative development and strategic partnerships to elevate our brand presence and drive impactful initiatives, aiming for sustainable growth in the ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Craft Marketing Strategies: Devise and execute marketing strategies tailored to drive narratives within the ecosystem, targeting community, partners, and developers.
- Explore Collaboration Opportunities: Identify and assess collaboration prospects, partnerships, and joint marketing ventures within the ecosystem to boost brand visibility, expand reach, and promote application adoption.
- Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, developments, and competitors' activities within the ecosystem to inform marketing strategies effectively.
- Content Creation: Conceptualize engaging content like blog posts, articles, videos, and other materials to captivate and educate ecosystem stakeholders, generating interest in ecosystem products and applications.
- Community Engagement: Cultivate relationships within the community, engaging with ecosystem stakeholders and establishing meaningful connections.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams to align ecosystem marketing endeavors with overall business goals, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, focusing on developing and implementing strategies within the crypto or Web3 space.
- In-depth knowledge of ecosystem dynamics, including stakeholders, trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Strong strategic thinking skills to identify opportunities, devise effective strategies, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners, developers, KOLs, and other ecosystem stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and innovation to develop marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience and distinguish the brand in the ecosystem.
