Growth Operations Manager

Binance, a prominent global blockchain ecosystem known for the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the world, is looking for a dedicated Growth Operations Manager to join the on/off ramp team in Southeast Asia.

The ideal candidate will drive growth initiatives and enhance operational efficiency of on/off ramp services in the region. This position demands a strategic thinker well-versed in local market dynamics, user behavior, and growth tactics. Full-time role based in Singapore or remotely in Asia, with expertise in the Thailand & Indonesia markets being advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Enhance sales and contribute to long-term business goals by nurturing relationships with potential clients, agents, and partners
• Develop and execute continuous growth strategies both online and offline to attract, engage, and retain users and trading volume
• Handle P2P transaction disputes, support users with issue resolution, and monitor for suspicious activities
• Perform thorough data analysis to comprehend user behavior, market trends, and growth opportunities in Southeast Asia
• Utilize regional data and insights to inform team's growth and operations strategies
• Deep dive into P2P product understanding, collaborate with product team for improvements and enhancements
• Engage proactively with stakeholders to align on objectives, deadlines, and deliverables effectively
• Conduct ongoing market research, including comparative analysis and business opportunity recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher education level
• Minimum 5 years background in business development and growth in fintech, payments, or crypto sector
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Thai and Bahasa Indonesia desirable
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
