Role Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Web3 Growth Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a profound understanding of blockchain and a track record of executing successful growth strategies. As the Operations Manager, you will lead initiatives to broaden our user base, boost engagement, and drive the adoption of our blockchain offerings. Our team fosters a collaborative environment where members actively share insights and provide support to one another.
Responsibilities
Development and execution of growth strategies to enhance user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Managing product launch operations, aligning resources from various functional areas like Technology Development, Products, and different markets to meet project objectives and quantitative targets.
Analysis of data and metrics to evaluate the performance of growth endeavors and refine strategies for optimal outcomes.
Collaborating with management to spearhead essential strategic and operational projects, offering guidance to different functional groups on strategy and operations.
Conducting user research to identify demands, preferences, and opportunities to boost Web3 user involvement and loyalty.
Staying abreast of the latest trends in web3, incorporating relevant insights into growth strategies.
Monitoring the competitive landscape and market trends to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in Blockchain, Web3, or NFTs industries.
Proficiency in Blockchain with a focus on Wallet, DeFi, GameFi, or NFT, demonstrating a thorough understanding of blockchain and its applications.
Track record of enhancing user growth and engagement through innovative strategies.
Strong organizational skills, adept at managing internal and external resource allocation challenges, project schedules, and overall efficiency improvement.
Excellent planning and analytical capabilities, utilizing data to drive decision-making.
Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable, with strategic thinking abilities and a creative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with various Web3 Protocols & Affiliate/KOL management.
Strong aptitude for data analytics.
Bilingual proficiency in English/Chinese (to communicate with Chinese-speaking colleagues).

Your Mission
You’ll be the brain behind risk strategy across Gopher’s ecosystem — balancing decentralization with resilience.
From smart contract exposure to liquidity risk and treasury management — your job is to make sure every piece of the system is solid, compliant, and forward-looking.
What You’ll Do
Design and maintain comprehensive risk frameworks tailored to Web3 systems (protocol, liquidity, counterparty, smart contract).
Monitor and analyze on-chain activity, market volatility, and ecosystem health to identify emerging threats.
Work closely with treasury, quant, and governance teams to ensure risk-adjusted strategies.
Establish and document risk policies and mitigation plans (both operational and token-economic).
Contribute to internal audits, compliance with applicable jurisdictions, and protocol transparency.
Engage with community and DAO contributors to maintain open risk communication
You’re a Great Fit If You
Have 3–5+ years in risk management, quantitative finance, or DeFi / crypto projects.
Know your way around DeFi protocols, liquidity pools, staking, on-chain analytics tools (Dune, Nansen, Arkham, etc.).
Understand tokenomics, smart contract audit principles, and treasury diversification strategies.
Feel at home reading Etherscan, analyzing TVL, and tracking wallet flows.
Communicate clearly, document well, and think both strategically and hands-on.
(Bonus) Have contributed to DAOs or Web3 protocols before — or maybe you’ve been a degen with a spreadsheet.
