The realm of trading bots has proven to be a pivotal and rapidly growing sector for OKX in recent years. It represents a significant portion of our platform's daily active traders and trading volume. With this rapid expansion, increasing user demands, and bright prospects for this sector, we are prioritizing the allocation of additional resources moving forward. Our goal is to develop top-notch products and grow this segment into a multi-billion-dollar enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with diverse teams, including local markets, design, engineering, and data analysis units.
• Devise strategies to enhance trading bot AUM, trading volume, and user acquisition.
• Design trading bots tailored to specific market situations based on the needs of trading users.
• Conduct user research and assess competitors to uncover opportunities for product innovation and optimization, ultimately boosting user conversion and retention.
• Effectively manage projects by defining scope, timelines, and stakeholder coordination to prioritize quick iterations and meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or possess equivalent practical experience.
• Bring at least 2 years of product management experience, specifically within the crypto or internet sector.
• Exhibit outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and articulate ideas effectively.
• Demonstrate a passion for creative problem-solving and delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Self-driven, independent, persistent, objective, with strong logical reasoning skills, and capable of taking ownership of projects.
• Display a curious mindset with a strong aptitude for self-learning while being open to innovative projects that drive product growth.

Desired Skills

• Previous experience in Crypto/FX/Stocks trading, encompassing quant trading, bot trading, or technical analysis.
• Solid comprehension of industry dynamics and market trends.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages.
