Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with diverse teams, including local markets, design, engineering, and data analysis units.
- Devise strategies to enhance trading bot AUM, trading volume, and user acquisition.
- Design trading bots tailored to specific market situations based on the needs of trading users.
- Conduct user research and assess competitors to uncover opportunities for product innovation and optimization, ultimately boosting user conversion and retention.
- Effectively manage projects by defining scope, timelines, and stakeholder coordination to prioritize quick iterations and meaningful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or possess equivalent practical experience.
- Bring at least 2 years of product management experience, specifically within the crypto or internet sector.
- Exhibit outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and articulate ideas effectively.
- Demonstrate a passion for creative problem-solving and delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Self-driven, independent, persistent, objective, with strong logical reasoning skills, and capable of taking ownership of projects.
