About The Role
As Immutable experiences rapid growth in various revenue streams, entities, and products, we are in search of a skilled Growth Strategy Lead to propel our next phase of expansion. This role offers a unique opportunity to establish a scalable marketing qualified lead pipeline from the ground up, generating a consistent, high-quality flow of leads that translate into sales opportunities. In addition, you will influence how Immutable is perceived in the market through crafting engaging narratives and content that position us as the premier web3 gaming platform. You will have the autonomy to experiment, innovate, and spearhead novel approaches to demand generation in a swiftly evolving ecosystem. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will blend creativity with commercial strategy to construct a reliable growth engine.
You'll Be Empowered To
- Develop compelling content for social media platforms to enhance Immutable's brand and story.
- Collaborate directly with Founders to shape external communication and positioning strategies.
- Gather insights from teams, partners, and the community to source stories, validate messaging, and enhance our go-to-market strategy.
- Monitor campaign metrics, assess performance, and offer actionable insights for optimization.
- Design and expand a repeatable marketing qualified lead pipeline across various channels including paid ads, SEO, webinars, partnerships, and social media.
- Launch, test, and refine campaigns to maximize qualified lead volume and conversion rates.
- Manage and enhance lead magnets, landing pages, and nurture sequences using a data-driven test and learn approach.

- Professional experience of 1-3 years in consulting, law, banking, or a dynamic startup setting.
- Demonstrated creativity and exceptional writing skills.
- Proven ability to cultivate social growth or build an audience through viral content, a strong following, or published articles.
- Strategic and commercial acumen with a keen market awareness.
- Capability to learn, adapt, and iterate swiftly in fast-paced environments.
- Data-driven approach ith a record of achieving results through testing and learning.
- Strong communication and influencing skills to convey a compelling narrative.
