Summary:
The Hacker Program Operations Specialist will have a key role in enhancing the number of code review programs launched and operated concurrently at Immunefi. This position will hold a GTM leadership role overseeing client interactions, program launches, marketing strategies, and hacker engagement activities.
Additionally, the focus will be on fostering and growing security researchers' involvement in Immunefi programs.
We are seeking an experienced specialist willing to take ownership of the responsibilities and possessing a background in engaging with large communities. This is an opportunity to interact with a community of over 10,000 security researchers and initiate top-tier audit contests.
Note: Although we are a global, fully remote organization, applicants need to be within European timezones to align effectively with the rest of the department.
Role Responsibilities:
- Design and launch audit competitions, invite-only programs, and attackathons.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them throughout the process from contract initiation to program launch and conclusion.
- Serve as the key contact for hackers throughout the program lifecycle, offering support and guidance to enhance participation and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to comprehend client needs, market trends, and amplify promotional efforts for program success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hackers to create a community spirit and encourage participation in Immunefi's programs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and hackers, ensuring their needs are met, and their feedback contributes to program enhancements.
- Create new program processes and policies to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Drive security researchers’ engagement through social media outreach, planning marketing campaigns, and community engagement events.
- Exhibit flexibility in executing hacker engagement initiatives as directed by management.
