Job Overview:
The Hardware Repair Technician plays a crucial role in CleanSpark's bitcoin mining operation by providing maintenance and diagnosis services to repair bitcoin miners. The position is primarily located at the Norcross Facility and directly reports to the Hardware Repair Manager.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct repairs on bitcoin mining equipment, including control boards, hash cards, and chip level repairs.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards, quickly identifying and resolving issues.
- Interpret blueprints/schematics and evaluate their operational status.
- Assist in integrating new equipment and systems into the facility's infrastructure.
- Perform any additional duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Possess at least 2 years of technician experience in an industrial or commercial setting.
- Familiarity with Antminer Series 17 & 19 equipment is advantageous.
- Bitman repair certification is a bonus.
- Background in troubleshooting electrical functionality is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
