SCOPE OF THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to join the IT department at B2C2, where you will evaluate business requirements and devise solutions using AI tools.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and spearhead the vision and strategy for AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate extensively with stakeholders throughout the organization to pinpoint areas where AI can enhance value.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain in-house AI applications.
- Assess and supervise the usage of commercial AI applications.
- Establish and lead a small development team of 1 to 3 members.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong ownership mentality towards products.

- Proficiency in core LLM models, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.

- Advanced skills in Python.
