We are on the lookout for a Head of Data Analytics with a specialized focus on blockchain on-chain data analysis. The ideal candidate will be tasked with driving strategic insights, formulating data-driven strategies, and offering actionable recommendations based on thorough evaluation of blockchain data. This pivotal role involves enhancing our understanding of blockchain networks, optimizing performance metrics, and unlocking valuable insights to propel our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a data analytics strategy tailored for blockchain on-chain data. Work collaboratively across teams to establish key performance indicators and metrics to measure blockchain performance. Identify opportunities to leverage on-chain data for informed decision-making and business growth.

• Team Leadership: Lead a team of data analysts and researchers, offering guidance and support for their professional growth. Foster a collaborative environment to boost team productivity and creativity. Set clear objectives, goals, and performance metrics for the data analytics team.

• Blockchain Data Analysis: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to extract, cleanse, and interpret on-chain data from diverse blockchain networks. Create methodologies and models to discern patterns, trends, and irregularities within the blockchain data. Perform in-depth research and analysis of blockchain data to extract actionable insights.

• Insights and Reporting: Generate regular reports and visualizations to articulate key findings and insights to stakeholders. Present complex analytical results and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and monitor relevant metrics for evaluating blockchain initiatives.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and techniques in blockchain technology and data analytics. Assess and implement innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance data analysis capabilities. Lead process enhancements and standardization to ensure data analytics practices' accuracy, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements / Skill Sets:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in data analytics, specifically focusing on analyzing on-chain data in blockchain networks.
• Sound knowledge of blockchain technology, encompassing various protocols, smart contracts, and consensus mechanisms.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages like Python, R, SQL, as well as visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams of data analysts or researchers.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• In-depth understanding of privacy, security, and regulatory elements related to blockchain data analysis.
• Demonstrated track record of driving successful data analytics initiatives and delivering valuable insights aligning with business goals.
