Job Summary:
We are seeking talented individuals to join our team and lead us towards becoming the leader in the private market industry. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing the capital raising process and cultivating relationships with investors. You will oversee the end-to-end process of originating investments and deals and ensure a successful go-to-market strategy for the South Korea market. Additionally, you will be responsible for Profit and Loss management, revenue generation, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Requirements:
To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in sell-side advisory and dealing with family offices and investment banking. A strong network of investors and family offices is essential. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment and possess strategic thinking skills. Excellent business acumen, organizational skills, and stakeholder management skills are necessary. Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and equity capital markets is required. Bilingual proficiency in both English and the local language is imperative. Previous experience in investment banking and a deep understanding of its processes is advantageous. Legal working status in Seoul, South Korea, is preferable, and sponsorship for a work visa can be provided if necessary.
