Job Summary
As the Head of Ecosystem at Morph, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow and support a robust ecosystem of developers, partners, and stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, foster collaboration, and create value within the ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the blockchain space, particularly with layer 2 solutions, and a proven track record of ecosystem development.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive ecosystem strategy to drive adoption and engagement with Morph's layer 2 blockchain solutions.
Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic partners, including developers, enterprises, and other key stakeholders.
Build and manage relationships with ecosystem participants to ensure their success and satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing and developer relations teams to create programs and initiatives that support ecosystem growth.
Organize and participate in ecosystem-focused events, such as conferences, meetups, and hackathons, to promote Morph and engage with the community.
Create and maintain resources, such as documentation, toolkits, and best practices, to enable ecosystem participants to effectively utilize Morph's platform.
Monitor ecosystem trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
Advocate for ecosystem participants internally, ensuring their needs and feedback are considered in product development and strategy.
Measure and report on the health and growth of the ecosystem using key metrics and analytics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Solid experience in ecosystem development, business development, or a related role, with a strong focus on blockchain technology.
Proven track record of building and growing ecosystems, preferably in the blockchain or technology sector.
Deep understanding of layer 2 blockchain solutions and the Web3 ecosystem.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective ecosystem strategies.
Experience working with developers, partners, and enterprises in a collaborative and supportive manner.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Passion for blockchain technology and a commitment to driving its adoption and growth.
Candidates with less experience will also be considered for Ecosystem BD Manager role.

Responsibilities:
Staying in line with fresh technical expertise within the project
Expertise sharing
Incident solving
Conducting monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of specialists' actions by a checklist.
Developing guidelines and recommendations to enhance service quality and stability and improve issues resolving speed.
Processing colleagues feedback. Reviewing suboptimality in between backoffice team processes.
Filling out assessment forms and providing operators with feedback on the quality of their work.
Required skills:
At least 2 year of experience lead/managerial/supervisory of a technical team (experience in fintech is an advantage).
At least 5 years of experience in technical support/engineering (highload systems is an advantage)
Advanced SQL skills (ability to code/review queries with difficult syntaxis and logic)
Proficiency in written communication.
Full proficiency in Russian and English at least B2 level is required.
We are looking for a person who can work on 5/2 from 9 am/10 am to 6 pm/7 pm schedule GMT+3.

Content Creation:

Support and Moderation:
