Primary Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Identify and assess potential partners within the digital assets sector globally to bolster revenue channels and expand business opportunities.
  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the company's business goals and expansion aims.
  • Foster solid relationships with key stakeholders in the financial services and digital assets sectors to extend and intensify partnership networks.

Staking Business Expansion

  • Collaborate with existing partners to enhance staking operations, refine service delivery, and develop pioneering solutions aligned with market needs.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic global partnerships utilizing our staking capabilities, ensuring synchronization with business objectives.

Collaboration and Integration

  • Interface closely with internal units such as Product, Technology, Legal, and Compliance to ensure seamless integration and coherence of partnership projects.
  • Engage partners in co-creating and enriching products and services, leveraging synergies for mutual benefits.

Market and Regulatory Insights

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regional idiosyncrasies, competitive backdrop, and regulatory advancements in the staking and digital assets domains.
  • Offer strategic insights and suggestions to top management based on industry and market analysis, with a focus on staking prospects.

Negotiation and Contract Management

  • Lead negotiations and oversee contractual agreements with partners to secure advantageous terms and compliance alignment with legal and regulatory mandates.
  • Set performance metrics and gauge partnership effectiveness, introducing enhancements as necessary to maximize staking-related revenue.

Thought Leadership and Representation

  • Represent the company at global industry events, conferences, and forums, positioning BitGo as a thought leader in the custody and staking realms.
  • Cultivate and extend a network of industry contacts to heighten the company's visibility and impact, notably within the staking sector.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or similar roles in digital assets, financial services, or technology domains.
  • Profound understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, custody solutions, and staking mechanisms.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing strategic partnerships, particularly in staking business, on a global scale.
  • Competent in negotiation, with strong communication skills to influence and unify diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledgeable about regulatory standards and compliance within digital assets and financial services sectors.
  • Strategic thinker with robust analytical abilities to navigate intricate market dynamics.
