Primary Responsibilities:

Collaboration and Integration

Market and Regulatory Insights

Negotiation and Contract Management
- Lead negotiations and oversee contractual agreements with partners to secure advantageous terms and compliance alignment with legal and regulatory mandates.
- Set performance metrics and gauge partnership effectiveness, introducing enhancements as necessary to maximize staking-related revenue.
Thought Leadership and Representation
- Represent the company at global industry events, conferences, and forums, positioning BitGo as a thought leader in the custody and staking realms.
- Cultivate and extend a network of industry contacts to heighten the company's visibility and impact, notably within the staking sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or similar roles in digital assets, financial services, or technology domains.
- Profound understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, custody solutions, and staking mechanisms.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing strategic partnerships, particularly in staking business, on a global scale.
