Head of Growth Analytics
We are in search of a qualified individual to take on the role of Head of Marketing Intelligence. This position requires an individual with a strong background in analytics and data science, as well as practical experience collaborating with marketing teams to enhance performance. The ideal candidate will be tasked with creating scalable attribution models, progressing predictive and probabilistic analytics, and implementing AI-driven solutions to generate insights that facilitate customer growth. This is a leadership role with significant influence on company development.
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
Develop and manage the marketing intelligence roadmap.
Establish and lead a proficient team comprised of analysts, engineers, and data scientists.
Collaborate with Growth, Data, Finance, and Product Marketing leaders to facilitate data-informed decisions.
Measurement & Modelling
Lead the implementation of multi-touch attribution and probabilistic attribution methodologies.
Advocate for marketing mix modeling to evaluate cross-channel ROI and incrementality.
Enhance predictive analytics for Lifetime Value (LTV), churn, and customer journey optimization using AI-powered models.
AI, GenAI & Automation
Utilize AI and machine learning models for activities such as anomaly detection and predictive spend optimization.
Introduce Generative AI (GenAI) solutions for various purposes like generating automated campaign insights and dynamic customer journey clustering.
Cultivate an automated environment where insights seamlessly inform marketing strategies.
Data Infrastructure & Governance
Oversee marketing data pipelines and models with platforms like Databricks and Google BigQuery.
Ensure compliance with data regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and ATT.
Reporting & Insights
Construct impactful dashboards using tools like Tableau.
Provide regular insights to guide marketing decisions, leveraging both automated reporting and GenAI-driven summaries.
Act as the liaison between advanced AI/ML models and marketing strategies to ensure direct impact on spend and creativity.
Requirements:
- Proven operational expertise in analytics and data science, particularly in marketing measurement.
- Comprehensive knowledge in attribution modeling, marketing mix modeling, and AI/ML applications in marketing analytics.
- Experience with Generative AI for insights automation and customer growth strategies.
- Proficiency in SQL, as well as tools like Tableau.
- Strong background in data governance, compliance, and privacy standards.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex analytics and AI-driven insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Preferred experience in rapidly growing industries like mobile apps, gaming, fintech, or subscription models.
