Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance:

• Supervise enforcement of market rules and address violations appropriately.

• Investigation and Enforcement:

• Conduct investigations into suspected market abuses or regulatory breaches.

• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to impose sanctions or penalties as necessary.

• Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for regulatory or law enforcement purposes.

• Policy Development and Implementation:

• Contribute to evolving market rules, policies, and procedures.

• Keep market participants informed about regulatory changes and compliance protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years in regulatory and compliance roles within financial markets, cryptocurrency exchanges, or stock exchanges.
• Strong grasp of risk and compliance frameworks, including experience collaborating with regulators. Familiarity with FSRA regulations is advantageous.
• Proficiency in surveillance tools and related technologies.
