Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance the anti-fraud initiatives at OKX to be a frontrunner in the industry, leveraging risk frameworks, machine learning capabilities, and infrastructure to optimize outcomes while balancing financial impact, customer experience, and growth.
  • Thoroughly analyze various risk scenarios in diverse markets and payment methods to design frameworks, strategies, and models. Collaborate with engineering teams for effective implementation.
  • Define and analyze metrics for evaluating product success and leverage data insights for risk mitigation. Monitor and identify potential risks swiftly in real-time.
  • Establish a top-tier risk decision engine and reinforce machine learning infrastructure. Oversee the creation, development, and maintenance of real-time systems to boost automation and model iteration efficiency significantly.
  • Identify and address operational inefficiencies related to fraud within financial systems, enhancing processes and systems for better efficiency.
  • Build and lead a high-performing risk product team, showcasing strong leadership and evaluating team members effectively.

Requirements

  • Strong background in product management within fraud risk, with a proven track record in AI and machine learning, alongside team management experience.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing fraud and risk products and strategies in either crypto or traditional finance. Ability to drive successful product lifecycles throughout.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of navigating a fast-paced environment and advocating for resources amid competing demands.
  • Exceptional communication skills to translate strategies into actionable plans for varied teams including Product Development, Engineering, Design, and Marketing.
  • Proficient in technical product details, system operations, and implementation. Ability to work closely with engineering for scalable, efficient solutions.
  • Data-focused with expertise in impact metrics, KPI identification, and collaboration with analytics and engineering for monitoring strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional team management to successfully deliver complex projects in dynamic settings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fields.
  • Passion for Bitcoin, cryptocurrencies, DeFi, and blockchain technology.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
