Responsibilities of the Role
As the Head of Sales and Trading at Shakepay, you will oversee managing key accounts and expanding our business accounts, focusing on revenue growth, sign-ups, and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with the leadership team is essential to ensure strategic alignment with Shakepay's overarching objectives and brand representation.
Key Duties Include:
- Crafting business strategies to propel growth, profitability, and competitive success within our Shakepay for Business segment.
- Conducting market research to identify emerging opportunities.
- Nurturing client relationships and serving as a trusted partner across their customer journey.
- Enhancing the go-to-market strategy for small and large business customers.
- Driving cross-functional collaboration to validate prospects and deliver a premium experience for business clients.
- Implementing robust analytics and feedback mechanisms to refine initial strategies continuously.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of pertinent experience, particularly in crypto sales, business development, or traditional asset management realms, including proven revenue growth and goal achievement.
- Established network with key clients like hedge funds and family offices.
- Leadership background, encompassing P&L responsibilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for building relationships with partners and prospective clients.
- Proficiency in hiring, team formation, training, and management within sales operations.
Desired Qualifications:
- Understanding of financial services operations, compliance, and regulations.
- Previous experience as an operational leader in a rapidly growing company would be advantageous.
