About The Role
Security is a fundamental aspect of what we do at Immutable. As the Head of Security and IT, your role will involve overseeing and leading Enterprise Security, Detection and Response, Identity and Access, Application Security, and Enterprise IT. You will be responsible for crafting and implementing a security strategy that balances risk reduction with operational efficiency by harnessing automation, AI, and intelligence for decision-making.
This leadership position necessitates a blend of hands-on technical expertise and adept people management skills. You will lead a top-tier team, establish strategic security priorities, and ensure the integrity of Immutable’s technology ecosystem encompassing web2 and web3.

- Develop and execute a security strategy that integrates various security aspects, encompassing enterprise security, detection and response, IT security, and application security.
- Enhance and refine security controls through intelligence, adversary simulations, incident responses, and metrics to fortify security across applications, endpoints, cloud, and blockchain.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of security professionals to ensure alignment, motivation, and impactful contributions.
- Implement automation strategies to enable effective scalability of a small yet proficient team.
- Take ownership of incident response capabilities to swiftly and effectively detect and respond to threats.
