About the Role
We are looking for a visionary and highly experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Solutions Architecture. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and driving the growth of our Solutions Architect team within a technical and security-focused sales environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior leadership, extensive experience managing technical sales teams, and a strong interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the team's progression, providing guidance on custom technical development for major deals, and collaborating with product, engineering, and technical teams to achieve commercial goals.
Qualifications
- Director-level or higher experience with at least 5 years of experience overseeing a management layer.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) leading teams in highly technical sales environments, preferably in cybersecurity or related fields.
- Proven experience working directly with product, engineering, and technical teams, coordinating stakeholders, and prioritizing user requirements to meet commercial objectives.
- Deep interest in blockchains and general crypto experience, ideally as a user/holder or having worked in the industry.
- Strong leadership skills to develop managers and individuals, and provide vision, structure, and process to improve team efficiency.
- Strong ownership mindset and excellent technical skills to mentor and guide the team, solve technical challenges, and stay updated with industry trends.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with experience in setting up initiatives or departments from scratch in startup or large company environments.
- Experience in selling to crypto companies.
- Confident public speaker capable of presenting on stage for public appearances.
- Previous work experience in regulated industries.
