Job Summary:
We are searching for an experienced and dynamic Head of Strategic Business Development to spearhead our global business endeavors and steer the growth of our organization. This role demands a professional with extensive knowledge in prime/OTC dealing, regulatory frameworks, and establishing partnerships within traditional finance (TradFi). The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in business development, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a results-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of Prime/OTC Dealing Desk:
- Establish and oversee a prime/OTC dealing desk to optimize trading activities and boost market liquidity.
- Ensure trades are executed in compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to navigate local crypto regulations in key markets like the US, EU, and Australia.
- Uphold regulatory requirements and devise strategies to control legal risks.
- Development of Major Accounts:
- Identify and cultivate major accounts in strategic markets, nurturing long-lasting relationships with high-value clients.
- Drive account growth through strategic initiatives and personalized client interactions.
- TradFi Partnerships:
- Cultivate and maintain partnerships with clients and institutions within traditional finance to broaden business prospects.
- Utilize existing networks to forge robust alliances and encourage cross-sector collaborations.
- Product Enhancement:
- Collaborate with the product team to refine existing products and introduce new offerings that meet market demands.
- Provide strategic guidance to align products with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Leadership of Global Team:
- Lead and inspire a global business development team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Set clear objectives, offer mentorship, and drive performance to achieve ambitious targets.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in managing prime/OTC dealing desks and trading operations.
- Profound understanding of local crypto regulations in key markets.
- Strong background in developing and managing major accounts in the US, EU, Australia, and other key regions.
- Extensive experience in establishing partnerships with traditional finance clients and institutions.
- Proven leadership skills with a history of leading high-performing global teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset focused on achieving outcomes and fueling business growth.

The salary range for this role is $210,000 - $315,000, subject to relevant factors. Additionally, the compensation package may include performance bonuses, long-term incentives, and a variety of benefits tailored to the job position.
