Job Summary:
We are searching for an experienced and dynamic Head of Strategic Business Development to spearhead our global business endeavors and steer the growth of our organization. This role demands a professional with extensive knowledge in prime/OTC dealing, regulatory frameworks, and establishing partnerships within traditional finance (TradFi). Key Responsibilities:
- Management of Prime/OTC Dealing Desk:
- Establish and oversee a prime/OTC dealing desk to optimize trading activities and boost market liquidity.
- Ensure trades are executed in compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to navigate local crypto regulations in key markets like the US, EU, and Australia.
- Uphold regulatory requirements and devise strategies to control legal risks.
- Development of Major Accounts:
- Identify and cultivate major accounts in strategic markets, nurturing long-lasting relationships with high-value clients.

- TradFi Partnerships:
