About the Position:
We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our rapidly expanding team. The ideal candidate will have HR experience and expertise in various HR functions, willing to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, and drive value to the organization while offering support to the team members. You will collaborate closely with the engineering, growth, and operations team, reporting to the Head of HR.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations smoothly.
- Ensure legal compliance.
- Support talent acquisition and recruitment efforts, including coordinating interviews and managing candidate pipelines.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage performance management tasks, including organizing performance reviews.
- Maintain employee files, records, and compensation administration.
- Address team inquiries efficiently and seek continual process improvements as needed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of HR experience in roles such as HR Coordinator, Generalist, Manager, or similar.
- Proficiency in conducting interviews.
- Advanced proficiency in English language.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple communication channels.
- Experience with various HR tools like HRS, ATS, PM tools, and Payroll systems.
