The role entails managing negotiations, outreach, influencer supervision, onboarding, campaign coordination, and content initiatives to achieve and surpass business and marketing objectives. The Influencer Marketing Manager will be involved in expanding and enriching the influencer and affiliate programs of the company. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a positive and professional demeanor who possesses knowledge of the social media landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and identification of key influencers in targeted verticals such as YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, Twitch, and others
  • Oversee daily interactions with influencers and affiliate partners, including regular meetings
  • Drive the negotiation process with a sound grasp of budgeting to meet goals within set KPIs
  • Lead scheduled status calls, meetings, and ensure regular reporting
  • Develop influencer marketing and creative strategies in specific markets
  • Collaborate with the global influencer operations team across varied time zones
  • Assist in supporting content and influencer initiatives
  • Engage in influencer communications and content creation
  • Organize and maintain influencer records, content, and business documentation pertaining to influencers
  • Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly results reporting
  • Stay abreast of social media trends and influencer activities for potential creative opportunities

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or influencer marketing
  • Fundamental understanding of exchange and financial products
  • Strong familiarity with cryptocurrency/blockchain terminologies and trends with a passion for the industry being advantageous
  • Previous experience in the blockchain sector is beneficial
  • Proven capability to work effectively remotely with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated track record of initiating and enhancing relationships with influencers leading to successful engagement on social media platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of various social media platforms and specific niches like MMA, Gaming, F1, Soccer, Basketball, Hockey, Finance, Technology, and Crypto
