Institutional Sales - Account Management
Job Description:
The institutional sales team offers an opportunity for individuals to take ownership and cultivate a clientele of institutional and high-net-worth individuals. You will be part of an exciting journey that involves onboarding clients to their first crypto instrument and the customization of unique crypto products for clients. As a member of the operations team, you will collaborate with sales traders, account managers, and sales managers to scale up our expanding infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage a diverse roster of institutional and high-net-worth clients in the crypto and blockchain industry by strategically identifying and pitching potential leads.
Take pride in achievements such as successfully onboarding clients to their first crypto instrument and customizing crypto products that are innovative and unprecedented in the market.
Tailor and customize financial services products for institutional clients. Additionally, explore other financial services offerings such as credit and custody to expand your product portfolio.
Daily Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to institutional clients and engage with them to promote Crypto.com's institutional business products and services.
Conduct community outreach activities, attend crypto community gatherings and meetings to expand and deepen our presence in the institutional space.
Collaborate closely with the trading desk to execute trades and provide efficient services to institutional clients.
Conduct research on market and competitor trends in the crypto institutional space.
Assist in drafting and closing client or partnership agreements.
Propose new crypto institutional offerings based on market demand and industry trends.
Maintain ongoing communication with institutional clients, collect and analyze feedback, and provide recommendations for product improvements.
