What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with Galaxy's global institutional sales and trading team to nurture and expand relationships in Asia and effectively showcase Galaxy's crypto offerings. You'll interact with both crypto-native and traditional entities, engaging across Global Markets, Asset Management, and Infrastructure solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading deal origination and execution to boost product volumes and identify new opportunities
- Engaging in cross-functional partnerships, working closely with various teams such as product, finance, compliance, and marketing
- Managing the full customer life cycle, from opportunity assessment to enhancing customer experiences
- Cultivating strong client relationships while addressing business, policy, and technical matters
- Understanding regional and crypto market dynamics
What We’re Looking For:
- Preference for candidates with crypto market experience
- Minimum of 3 years in either crypto markets, FICC, equities, or derivatives
- Experience in customer relationship development
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin, Cantonese fluency is a plus
- Preference for an office-centric work style

Ecosystem Growth Lead, DefAI
Identify opportunities to collaborate with new and emerging projects that are at the intersection of DeFi and AI
Manage existing project relationships and help teams integrate AI into their offerings and roadmaps
