What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with Galaxy's global institutional sales and trading team to nurture and expand relationships in Asia and effectively showcase Galaxy's crypto offerings. You'll interact with both crypto-native and traditional entities, engaging across Global Markets, Asset Management, and Infrastructure solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading deal origination and execution to boost product volumes and identify new opportunities
  • Engaging in cross-functional partnerships, working closely with various teams such as product, finance, compliance, and marketing
  • Managing the full customer life cycle, from opportunity assessment to enhancing customer experiences
  • Cultivating strong client relationships while addressing business, policy, and technical matters
  • Understanding regional and crypto market dynamics

What We’re Looking For:

  • Preference for candidates with crypto market experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in either crypto markets, FICC, equities, or derivatives
  • Experience in customer relationship development
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin, Cantonese fluency is a plus
