For Ledger Enterprise Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development representative for the EMEA zone. The role involves driving sales and serving as a strategic influencer within our local teams. Your objective is to ensure our cutting-edge solutions meet and surpass the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales efforts in the region, showcasing excellence in performance
- Collaborate with local sales, pre-sales, and CSM teams for seamless strategy execution
- Contribute to setting ambitious yet achievable goals aligned with company objectives
- Mentor and support other sales personnel for team success and professional growth
- Voice customer feedback to the product team for product enhancements
- Lead high-value negotiations and sales pitches to drive strategy execution
- Communicate customer insights to the product team for innovation and improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the tech or crypto security sectors
- Ability to collaborate effectively across different teams
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Strategic mindset to identify trends and insights
- Experience in contributing to company-wide strategy discussions
