Institutional Sales Manager
The role within the institutional sales team offers you the chance to excel by establishing and growing your institutional and high-net-worth client base. You will embark on an exciting journey, guiding clients from their initial introduction to crypto instruments, to creating unique crypto products tailored to their needs. If you are part of the operations team, you will have a dynamic role collaborating with various stakeholders like sales traders, account managers, and sales managers, contributing to the expansion of our operational framework.

Play a pivotal role in customizing and tailoring products as the integration of traditional financial services into the crypto arena unfolds, empowering you to contribute your creativity and expertise. Identify additional financial services of interest (e.g., credit, custody) and collaborate with the team to launch innovative products.
Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to prospective institutional clients.
Understand client requirements and advocate relevant products such as market-making programs, OTC, custody, and staking.
Engage with institutional players by attending conferences and representing the company.
Enhance the institutional footprint by participating in community gatherings and events within the crypto space.
Keep abreast of market and competitor trends within the crypto institutional domain.
Create and finalize client or partnership agreements.
Propose and develop new crypto institutional offerings.
Maintain regular communication with institutional clients, gather feedback, and suggest product enhancements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) we Monitor:
Number of new clients acquired.
Volume of client transactions processed.
Revenue and profit generated.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years' experience in Institutional Outbound Sales.
At least 1 year of experience in digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3 related outbound sales.
Familiarity with institutional products like market maker/taker programs, OTC, custody, and staking.
Established network or client base in the cryptocurrency domain, including various entities like cryptocurrency hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, and asset managers.
A proven track record of initiating, managing, and leveraging client or partner relationships.
Exceptional proficiency in written and oral English.
