Responsibilities:
- Proactively identifying and engaging with institutional client leads.
- Understanding client requirements and recommending relevant products such as market maker/taker programs, OTC, custody, and staking.
- Representing the company at conferences, interacting with institutional players, and promoting awareness of our institutional business offerings.
- Participating in community activities, attending crypto gatherings to expand and fortify our institutional presence.
- Conducting research on market and competitor activities within the crypto institutional sector.
- Drafting and finalizing client agreements or collaboration deals.
- Innovating new crypto institutional solutions.
- Maintaining regular communication with institutional clients, monitoring feedback, and suggesting enhancements to products.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Number of new clients acquired.
- Total transaction volume from clients.
- Revenue and profit outcomes.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Institutional Outbound Sales.
- Minimum 1 year of outbound sales experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency, or Web3, particularly in exchanges, custodians, or prime brokers.
- Proficiency in institutional products like market maker/taker programs, OTC, custody, and staking.
- Established network or client base within the cryptocurrency sector, encompassing various entities such as hedge funds, trading firms, banks, and OTC desks.
- Senior level candidates should have elevated experience levels.
- Proven track record of initiating, managing, and capitalizing on client relationships.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with proficiency in professional presentations and documentation.
