About the Role:

Define and establish relationships with institutional and high-net worth clients within the dynamic crypto and blockchain industry. Show initiative in targeting and approaching institutional leads and strive for various successes, from introducing clients to their initial crypto assets to creating unique crypto products tailored to their needs.

Craft innovative financial products customized for institutional clients, tapping into the emerging trend of bridging traditional finance with the crypto realm. Utilize your creativity and expertise to identify financial services offerings that align with client interests and collaborate with the team to bring these ideas to fruition.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential institutional client leads.
  • Understand client requirements and present appropriate products and services.
  • Represent the company at conferences to engage with institutional players and promote our offerings.
  • Expand institutional presence by participating in community events and engagements.
  • Stay informed about market and competitor trends in the crypto institutional space.
  • Negotiate and finalize client or partnership agreements.
  • Propose new institutional crypto offerings.
  • Maintain regular communication with institutional clients, gather feedback, and suggest product enhancements.

What KPIs we track:

  • New client acquisition numbers.
  • Transaction volume from clients.
  • Revenue and profit generated.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Institutional Outbound Sales.
  • At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales related to digital assets, cryptocurrencies, or web3 technologies.
  • Familiarity with institutional products like market maker/taker programs, OTC, custody, and staking.
  • Established network of clients in the cryptocurrency industry, including hedge funds, trading firms, banks, asset managers, and others.
  • Candidates with extensive experience will be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships, driving business outcomes, and drafting agreements.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English language.
