Institutional Sales Manager - EMEA
The institutional sales team presents an opportunity for you to handle and develop a portfolio of institutional and high-net-worth clients. You will play a crucial role in the process of onboarding clients and introducing them to various cryptocurrency instruments. Moreover, you will have the chance to craft customized crypto products that are unique to each individual client. As a member of the operations team, you will have a wide range of responsibilities working alongside sales traders, account managers, and sales managers to support the growth of our expanding infrastructure.

Establish and expand your institutional and high-net-worth clientele in the rapidly growing crypto and blockchain industry. There are no limitations on who you can target as potential clients.
Take ownership and lead the identification and pitching of institutional leads. You will be proud of your success, whether it involves onboarding a client and providing their first crypto instrument or creating a crypto product that has never been seen on the market before.
Tailor and customize financial products to cater to the specific needs of institutional clients. As the crypto industry blends with traditional finance, you will have the opportunity to add your creative touch and expertise to the products you pitch. You are encouraged to explore other financial services offerings, such as credit and custody, with the support of the Crypto.com team.
A typical day in your role may include:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential institutional clients
- Understanding client needs and pitching relevant Crypto.com products
- Attending conferences and engaging with institutional players to increase awareness of our business products and services
- Conducting community outreach activities and attending crypto community gatherings to expand our institutional footprint
- Researching market and competitor trends in the crypto institutional space
- Drafting and closing client or partnership agreements
- Proposing new crypto institutional offerings
- Maintaining regular contact with institutional clients, collecting feedback, and suggesting product improvements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in financial services sales, such as sales trading, OTC sales, FX sales, eSales, ETFs, liquidity pools, CFDs, or prime brokerage services
- 1+ years of experience working in the cryptocurrency industry and having a network of clients
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior institutional sales position
- Demonstrated track record in initiating, managing, and monetizing client/partner relationships, including acquiring institutional clients, achieving business results, and drafting agreements
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
