Responsibilities
- Establishing and nurturing trust relationships with major clients, particularly global institutional and VIP clients
- Enhancing relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and understanding of their needs
- Creating essential customer service processes and systems, developing management regulations, and monitoring key client status
- Analyzing user behavior, identifying underlying needs, preparing key customer analysis reports, and collaborating with various departments to deliver optimal customer service solutions
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and client services within an international financial setting like banking or investments
- Experience managing a client portfolio comprising institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, private bank customers, etc.
- Strong communication skills, adaptability in various scenarios, exceptional relationship-building and sales skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Enthusiasm for cryptocurrency, with industry experience considered advantageous
- Proficiency in English and preference for proficiency in a native language
