About The Role:

This position collaborates closely with regional stakeholders, product teams, risk, and compliance to ensure operational excellence, robust liquidity, risk mitigation, and exceptional trading experiences for users.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily P2P operations in key APAC markets to maintain healthy liquidity and enhance user experience.
• Manage end-to-end merchant ecosystem, including onboarding, vetting, incentive schemes, and quality enhancement.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, implement data-driven enhancements, and promote marketplace efficiency.
• Participate in the deployment of new P2P features, focusing on China-first pilots expanding to global markets.
• Work across various teams ensuring safe and effective marketplace operations and compliance.
• Track key metrics such as spreads, liquidity depth, completion rates, cancellations, and detect fraud trends.
• Research APAC P2P market conditions, payment methods, and user behaviors to drive operational strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
• 5~8 years experience in P2P operations, fintech, payments, or crypto.
• Profound understanding of P2P ecosystems, marketplace dynamics, or payment industry models.
• Fluency in English and Chinese for coordination with international partners.
• Proactive, self-driven individual capable of spearheading initiatives independently.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/SQL.
• Global mindset and adeptness in high-pressure environments.

Nice To Have:

• Experience managing merchants or payment partners.
• Knowledge of anti-fraud, transaction monitoring, or operational risk.
• Understanding of APAC regulatory environments for fiat/P2P products.
• Enthusiasm for blockchain and emerging fintech.
