Investment and Strategic Partnership Associate/Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Investment and Partnership Associate / Manager to take charge of deal origination, due diligence, and execution within the web3 industry. The perfect candidate will possess at least three years of experience in this field and demonstrate expertise in research, as well as the analysis of market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the process of deal origination, due diligence, and execution for investments and partnerships
• Support partnership and incubation initiatives, overseeing internal and external stakeholder collaboration
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to assess potential web3 projects
• Monitor industry trends and cryptocurrency market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends
• Participate in industry events and networking to bolster market presence and cultivate key relationships with stakeholders
• Develop investment memos, management presentations, and reports for senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
• Over three years of professional experience within the web3 field
• Ability to independently source, evaluate, and finalize new investment and partnership prospects
• Self-driven to expand industry connections and maintain professional relationships within the cryptocurrency ecosystem
• Proficient problem solver, capable of working autonomously and executing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced cryptocurrency setting
• Proactive with excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities, fostering teamwork
• Strong interest in cutting-edge technologies such as Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, and Artificial Intelligence
