Our dedicated team at Uniswap Labs, instrumental in developing the Uniswap Protocol, now focuses on creating a range of products to bolster the Uniswap Labs ecosystem. Situated in SoHo, New York City, we offer both in-office and remote work options based on job requirements.

We are seeking an IT Operations Engineer to operate from our SoHo NYC HQ Office. This role involves overseeing the performance and upkeep of IT infrastructure and services at our SoHo office, as well as for our remote workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the office's IT setup including internet, network, videoconferencing, etc.
• Leading efforts related to MDM, Google Workspace, and secure hardware.
• Troubleshooting IT issues for in-person and remote employees.
• Providing IT and tech support for onboarding processes and new hire laptop setup.
• Collaborating with the Engineering team to enhance IT systems.
• Managing and administering SaaS products and tools.

Primary Duties:

• Configuring, deploying, and supporting macOS and Windows-based systems.
• Taking ownership of IT incidents and ensuring timely resolution.
• Supporting the management of application access via SSO and MDM configurations.
• Running IT systems updates and ensuring application patching.
• Assisting with Multifactor Authentication and SSO setup.
• Contributing to IT Support process improvement.
• Serving as a focal point for IT service activities and requests.
• Maintaining user accounts in SaaS tools and documenting technical issues.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT/Corp Sec role.
• Proficiency in managing macOS and Windows-based systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for a variety of IT issues.
• Knowledge of video conferencing systems and collaboration tools.
• Experience with SaaS administration and cloud-based tools.
• Excellent technical support and customer service abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking capabilities.

This position requires full-time presence at our SoHo office.

Salaries range between $137,000 and $190,000 annually. For transparency, payment details align with New York City's Pay Transparency Law. Uniswap Labs offers additional compensation elements like equity, tokens, and benefits based on the role.
