Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving Incidents and Service Requests related to hardware, software, applications, and network issues.
- Utilize available tools during diagnosis and execution stages for Incidents and Service Requests.
- Forward Incidents and Service Requests for reassignment to other Service Teams when necessary.
- Track and maintain ownership of Incidents and Service Requests to ensure service level agreements are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Maintain a security-conscious mindset.
- Assist in establishing operating procedures among Service Teams for effective remote support by Internal IT.
- Contribute to documenting, maintaining, and enforcing Internal IT procedures and promoting knowledge sharing across units using online tools.
- Identify trends and potential problem sources through Incident and Problem analysis.
- Take responsibility for system and service monitoring, focusing on implementation and continuous enhancement.
- Manage all customer-related activities initiated by Internal IT across the organization.
- Foster cooperation and maintain effective communication with various departments.
