We are currently looking for an experienced Systems Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining CleanSpark’s core cloud and SaaS infrastructure, encompassing platforms such as Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory (AD), Azure Virtual Machines (VMs), and NetSuite. The role entails seamless integration of these platforms, optimizing performance, ensuring security, and providing user support across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud and SaaS Platform Administration:
Oversee Microsoft Office 365 to maintain performance, user access, and data security.
Manage Azure Active Directory (AD) for user administration, security groups, and identity governance.
Maintain Azure Virtual Machines (VMs), including provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and optimization.
Administer NetSuite ERP to manage user access and assist with system configurations.
System and Network Administration:
Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and relevant hardware/software.
Monitor system performance to ensure uptime and reliability.
Administer access control, firewalls, and network security protocols.
Video Conferencing Platform Management:
Support enterprise video conferencing platforms like Crestron and Polycom for optimal performance and user experience.
Coordinate and assist with scheduling, setup, and troubleshooting of conference room systems.
Expense Reporting and Financial Tracking:
Prepare and manage IT-related expense reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with budgetary guidelines.
Track and manage monthly SaaS and IT-related expenses for cost-efficiency.
System Monitoring and Maintenance:
Perform regular system backups, patch management, and updates for security and stability.
Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues and provide timely resolutions.
Implement and monitor disaster recovery procedures for business continuity.
User Support and Training:
Provide IT support to internal users across departments on technical issues.
Train staff on software, systems, and security best practices, including video conferencing tools.
Security and Compliance:
Implement security measures across cloud and SaaS environments.
Ensure compliance with internal security standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular security audits and system reviews.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, changes, and licensing information.
Generate performance reports, audit logs, and expense tracking reports as required.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Accounting background is a plus.
Certifications (Preferred):
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in systems and network administration.
Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Office 365, Azure AD, Azure VMs, and NetSuite ERP.
Familiarity with IT General Controls (ITGCs) and SOX-related environments.
Expertise in managing Crestron and Polycom video conferencing systems.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong knowledge of server, networking, and cloud-based environments.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Strong organizational skills for managing complex expense reports.
Excellent communication skills for user support and training.
Attention to detail for expense tracking, licensing accuracy, and system documentation.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and handle IT equipment.
Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel may be necessary. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $80,000 annually.
