Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal uptime for production systems by utilizing real-time monitoring
- Deliver level 1 and 2 application and client support
- Collaborate closely with Development, Quant, and Infrastructure teams to investigate and resolve system issues

- Uphold and improve internal documentation standards
- Execute weekly support duties checklists
- Take end-to-end ownership of client-reported issues until resolution
- Provide end-user desktop support for internal staff
