Key Account Manager Role at Flipster
Flipster is looking for a skilled professional with cryptocurrency expertise to join their key account support team. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with VIP retail users, offering support, and enhancing user experience on the platform. This role will involve building strong client connections and facilitating platform growth.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for users.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs.
- Identify opportunities for client growth and support them in realizing these opportunities.
- Guide clients in using Flipster's products and staying informed about platform updates.
- Analyze user behavior, identify needs, and create detailed customer analysis reports.
- Manage VIP inquiries and escalations internally.
- Maintain accurate records and produce reports.
- Undertake additional projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in account management or relationship management within financial/trading sectors.
- In-depth product knowledge gained from work in exchanges, brokerage firms, or trading entities.
- Proficiency in front-facing customer service roles.
- Strong client management abilities, including maintaining relationships and encouraging client engagement.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Mandarin and English.
- Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 trading environment.
- Attention to detail and flexibility in various situations.
Preferred
- Proficiency in Korean language.
- A strong passion for crypto, with industry experience as a plus.
