Key Account Manager – E-Commerce & Channel Development
Our client specializes in selling physical products through online platforms and retail partners. The focus is on managing major e-commerce and membership-commerce accounts, involving tasks such as campaign planning, negotiation, and pricing control. This role also oversees group-buying and influencer-led sales initiatives from offer creation to implementation. Central to the company's channel strategy, this position balances the direct-to-consumer channel with retail and group-buying partnerships and serves as the regional contact for sales data and inventory planning coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage key e-commerce and membership-commerce accounts on a daily basis, including planning, negotiation, pricing, inventory coordination, advertising, and customer service.
- Lead business development initiatives, structure offers, and schedule group-buying and influencer-led sales campaigns.
- Explore and cultivate new sales channels and partnerships while addressing incoming commercial inquiries.
- Monitor sales performance, profit margins, and inventory turnover, and provide regular analysis for strategy optimization.
- Serve as the regional contact for headquarters on channel-related matters, facilitating transparent sales reporting and coordinated planning across regions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in e-commerce account management or business development roles.
- Proficient in negotiation, commercial understanding, and e-commerce promotional strategies.
- Fluency in business-level English for sales reporting and alignment with headquarters.
- Strong project management abilities with the capacity to coordinate across multiple channels.
- Effective communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external partners.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing parenting, baby retail, maternal-infant brands, or consumer electronics sales channels.
