Overview
A dynamic professional is sought after by our client for their dedicated work in key account sales within Hong Kong. The task entails supporting the growth of the client's software solutions for the real estate industry in the region. The preferred candidate should provide substantial value leveraging their real estate industry knowledge and proven experience in establishing a market presence from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and engage with clients, pinpoint potential customers in Hong Kong, recognize digital requirements in real estate, stay informed on digital technologies, and trends in the industry. Expand the customer base in the real estate sector and cultivate relationships with partners in real estate tech. Develop and implement sales tactics.
- Explore and foster new market opportunities, formulate business expansion plans according to local market demands, and collaborate with the back-end product and solutions team to boost business growth.
- Devise and execute business strategies aligned with the company's expansion objectives and sales targets to meet sales objectives effectively.
Requirements
- Educational Background and Expertise: Minimum of a bachelor's degree. Previous experience within real estate technology firms such as ANDPAD, OBIC, GA Technology, PROCORE, Yardi, or similar enterprises is desirable.
- Experience in real estate and construction advisory companies, encompassing technology units in real estate businesses, construction firms' technology divisions, engineering cost consulting agencies, and advertising firms.
- Demonstrated proficiency in handling key accounts (state-owned and private real estate entities) with remarkable performance outcomes as well as a deep understanding of the local market and its competition.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Cantonese with adeptness in written communication. Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Communication and Interpersonal Abilities: Outstanding communication competencies along with the capability to work harmoniously with partners to sustain solid relationships.
- Proactive Work Ethic: Highly self-motivated with swift learning capabilities and adaptability.
- Team Collaboration: Strong skills in teamwork and collaboration within team settings.
- Role Emphasis: Primarily a sales-oriented role necessitating adeptness in navigating decision-making processes and showcasing a verifiable history of securing deals.
