The role involves establishing and nurturing a network of regional KOLs that can promptly respond to changes in public sentiment, rectify misinformation, and consistently influence how Binance is perceived in the market. This position is focused on the PR aspect of KOL operations, distinct from conversion and affiliate KOL management.
Duties:
Identify and evaluate KOLs in your region based on content quality, community impact, and output frequency
Maintain an organized regional KOL database with in-depth profiles
Create regional KOL strategies, conduct market analyses, and present insights to the team
Monitor social media discussions in the region to detect evolving narratives, risks, and sentiment fluctuations in real time
Collaborate with KOLs for responses during PR activities, rumor circulation, or crisis scenarios
Adapt global brand stories to align with the local market
Coordinate with the affiliate/referral team to streamline outreach and enhance shared KOL data
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years in influencer marketing, KOL management, PR, or community operations, with a preference for experience in crypto/Web3 or fintech
Proficiency in English and fluency in at least one regional language (Polish/Bulgarian/Czech/Hungarian)
Proficient knowledge of the regional crypto social media landscape, including key influencers, relevant platforms, and content flow
Strong editorial judgment to assess KOLs based on content quality and community trust, beyond follower count
Capable of conducting research, developing structured databases, and delivering clear written evaluations
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a dynamic, global environment with varying time zones
