KYC Analyst - Portuguese Speaker

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct timely KYC due diligence reviews maintaining high-quality standards
• Utilize compliance applications and programs such as World Check, POA, EDD
• Possess in-depth knowledge of local laws, regulations, and upcoming virtual currency policies
• Proficient in conducting risk assessments, periodic reviews, open-source research, and enhanced due diligence
• Foster strong relationships with Compliance, Customer Service, and Operations departments
• Participate in internal and external training programs related to AML/CFT
• Assist in general administration and ancillary activities as required by the business

Job Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Exhibit strong technical communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate experience and knowledge in Anti-Money Laundering regulations
• Familiarity with AML/CFT and sanctions red flags is a plus
• Preferred experience in risk, compliance, fraud, operations, or regulatory functions
• Previous exposure to World Check or KYC operations is preferred
• Be highly adaptable, able to multitask, and coordinate projects efficiently
• Clear and effective communicator
• Fluency in English and Portuguese to collaborate with partners and stakeholders effectively
