Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly review and verify customer documents to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory norms.
- Address escalated or intricate cases with precision and promptness.
- Uphold the quality of KYC/B processes to meet compliance benchmarks.
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet operational targets.
- Identify areas for enhancement in KYC/B workflows, tools, and processes.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in KYC/B, AML, or similar domains, with a preference for experience in financial services or fintech.
- Robust understanding of regulatory and compliance obligations in KYC/B operations.
- Fluent in both English and Thai.
- Meticulous attention to detail in handling sensitive information securely.
- Capable of managing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines effectively.
- Experience in process optimization or involvement in compliance-related assignments.
